Step#1 – Take a Good Look at Your Life
How can you know where you want to go or how you’ll get there if you don’t first look at where you’re starting from? The first week you will spend some time really analyzing your current situation in life; how you feel, your thoughts, your moods, your schedule, what’s bothering you. From there you’ll work on ways to make all of it better to create a healthier and happier life for yourself.
Step#2 – Redefine Your Relationship with The Clock
If you’re like the majority of people, so much of your life is controlled by the clock. You have to keep on a schedule or life would get pretty chaotic. But, you can also allow that clock to cause a lot of unnecessary stress if you let it. This week you will learn how to make adjustments and take control of your life’s schedule.
Step#3 – How to Live A Clutter-Free Life
Anything in your life that is bothering you is “clutter.” It can be either physical clutter or mental clutter. Whether you’ve ever thought about it this way or not, it’s unhealthy and creates stress within you. This week you’ll identify the clutter in your life and learn how to deal with it or eliminate it, so you can live a happier kind of life.
Step#4 – Have a Positive Mental Attitude
How do you look at the world, with a “glass half full” attitude, or a “glass half empty” attitude? It really does affect your life and your health if you don’t have a positive mental attitude. This week you will learn how it’s possible to get rid of negative ways of thinking so you will always live with a healthier outlook on life.
Step#5 – Love Yourself
How often do you spend time really loving yourself? How often do you spend as much time on yourself as you do on others? This week you will learn how to really love yourself without feeling guilty. You will see how important it is to love yourself before you can love others.
Step#6 – Let Go Of Your Fears
Consider all the ways your fears have been getting in the way of you accomplishing what you want in life and having true happiness and success. Are you worried about failure, about success, about what other people are going to think about you? In order to truly be free and live a charmed life, you have to let go of those fears. This week you will learn how to face those fears and start to release them, making you a happier person, and healthier too!

At the beginning of the program we will discuss your current life situation and how you can best make some goals to put all of the 6 steps to work for you.
