The old saying “you are what you eat” is true, in a sense, but it doesn’t tell the whole story. While what you eat is one of the deciding factors of whether you will be healthy or not, there are so many other lifestyle habits that contribute as well. Think of this as a “holistic approach” to health and wellness as we will look at how all areas of your life affect your health as a whole.
It’s Not Just a Diet
Why do diets fail most of the time? Part of the reason is they are too structured and aren’t designed for any particular individual. I believe that in order for you to make lasting changes in the way you eat, you must learn not only what to eat, but the why from a nutritional standpoint. You will learn all about sugars, carbohydrates, protein, dairy and soy and salts and fats, so you can make informed decisions about how to structure your very own eating plan.

There are so many factors that play an important role in overall health and well-being.
